4th and 5th periods
Today, students created a periodic table using cards and completed A#5. They did all parts of the lesson including analysis, making sense, writing to learn and practice. For most student I checked it off at the end of class, but I will initial it first thing on Monday for those who needed more time.

Today in class we finished A#4 with checking over the worksheet answers and doing the check-in question. Then we began A#5, which we will continue during the next class period. Students got a little start on the activity but did not finish.

Today, we looked at a visual of the Copper Cycle. Students copied it into their notebooks. Then students had time to finish the making sense, practice, and writing to learn for A#4. I checked it off at the end of the period.

Today, I did a demo of some parts of the lab. Then we started A#4, with a handout. Then I gave students time to finish, A#3 (which I checked off) and work on the A#4 handout.

We reviewed A#2, looking at the data table and some of the questions. Students answered the A#2 check in question. Then we finished the lab for A#3. Students were assigned the processing, practice, and writing to learn. I will check off A#3 during the next class period.
